Terms & Conditions
Cancellations:
- Within 24 hours of the booking start time, a 100% cancellation fee is chargeable
- There is no cancellation charge outside 24 hours notice

Equipment:
- A budget set of cymbals can be supplied for an extra £3
- In the event of any equipment damage we may charge for repair / replacement costs
- To avoid this, please report any serious signs of equipment wear and tear to a staff member immediately
- If you’d like assistance using any equipment, please do not hesitate to ask
Reward Cards:
- Reward cards posses no cash value and are non transferable.
- All paying customers are entitled to a reward card.
- 1 stamp will be earned for any full price rehearsal 2 hours or longer.
- After acquiring 9 stamps, a free rehearsal is valid any time for a period of 2 hours.
- Reward Card stamps may not be claimed or collected in conjunction with any other offers
- Free rehearsals must be booked within 6 weeks of the date of your 9th stamp.
- You must ask to have your card stamped. We will not be held accountable for any missing a card stamps.
- We also ask that you be consistent with your booking name as we will not be held accountable for any incorrectly stamped cards.
- To redeem your free rehearsal please remind us to check your reward card before paying.
- Reward cards are available for inspection at your request in person and by phone or email.
